The service

MentionScope monitors what AI assistants say about businesses you track, scores the results, and produces reports and recommendations. Data comes from scheduled queries to AI providers' official APIs. AI answers are probabilistic and change over time; scores are informed estimates of visibility, not guarantees, and recommendations are professional guidance, not promises of outcome.

Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for having the right to monitor the businesses you add. Don't use the service to harass, defame, or misrepresent competitors, or to spam. We may suspend accounts that abuse the free checker or the APIs behind it.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly or annually through Stripe and renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period. Trials convert only if you subscribe. If we materially reduce your plan's capabilities, you're entitled to a pro-rated refund of the current period on request.

White-label use

Reports you generate may carry your branding, and you may resell them to your clients as part of your services. You may not resell raw platform access or represent that MentionScope data is exclusive to your agency.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for business outcomes tied to AI engines' answers, which we don't control.
